• All deposits must be made using a financial account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per request.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the jp999 account holder.
• JP999 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours may take longer to process, depending on the banking system.

Violation of any of the above conduct rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity of the offence.

The security of your JP999 account is a shared responsibility between you and JP999. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.

• Never share your JP999 account password with anyone, including JP999 support staff — we will never ask for your password.

JP999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for the specified period (accounts inactive for 12 months or more).

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting JP999 customer support. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member upon completion of the review process, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.

The jp999 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and jp999 makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. jp999 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond JP999's control, including internet infrastructure issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the JP999 platform.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the laws governing jp999's operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
